Process to reserve a booth:

The Roswell Galacticon is now taking applications for Vendor Booths and Writers' Row. 

Step 1. NM Tax ID# - if you do NOT already have one you can get one here.

You will need the NM Tax ID# to put on the Vendor Merchant Application.

Step 2. Vendor Merchant Application – This is the $35 permit issued annually by the City of

Roswell.  You can click on:  Business Licenses | Roswell, NM and choose from the list:  Vendor Merchant Application and follow the directions which are reprinted here:

  • Step 1: Download the Vendor Merchant form online at roswell-nm.gov under "Business and Development"  Complete the form online to the cloud or hard copy’

  • Step 2: Return the form to the Business Licensing Clerk located at Code Enforcement Department,  500 N. Main, Suite 100.  You may email it or complete it online. 

  • Step 3: The business office will issue the permit and send a request for payment which can be mailed with a completed form, pay by credit card online or over the phone with the business office.

Step 3. Download the 2025 Galacticon Vendor Application form. Fill it out and submit it to reserve

your space.

  • Send by snail mail to 1801 E. College, Roswell NM 88201

You may send a check for the booth fee if desired.

You must pay the fee before June 14th to hold your spot.

 

Vendor Set-up Times: Friday, July 4th 8:00-11:30 a.m.

Galacticon will not be involved with the permit process other than requiring a copy of the final permit.  Once again we are keeping our vendor fees low to compensate for this expense.
