2026 Vendor Forms

The Roswell Galacticon is now taking applications for Vendor Booths and Writers' Row. 

Process to reserve a booth:

NM Tax ID# - if you do NOT already have one you can get one here.

​You will need the NM Tax ID# to put on the Vendor Application.   

  

The city has made the Vendor Permit to cover a full year at a cost of $100. It will be easier and faster to apply online in the fillable form. The deadline for this permit is June 15, 2026. This is why we left our booth fee at only $250 to help keep costs low.

Despite what this form says, you do not have to present the form to the police dept.

Fill it out and submit it to reserve your space.

  • Snail mail to 1801 E. College, Roswell NM 88201

       You may send a check for the booth fee if desired.

  • Scan or copy and email to Elaine Mayfield  condor@dfn.com

  • or text to cell: 575-626-2640

You must pay the fee before June 15th to hold your spot.

 

Vendor Set-up Times: 

Wednesday, July 1st 1:00pm-5:00pm

Thursday, July 2nd 8:00am-2:00p.m.

Vendors must be ready by opening at 2:00p.m.

Load-in alley then immediately find parking.

Saturday July 4th- No early breakdowns

All Vendors must stay open until 6pm!

Galacticon will not be involved with the permit process other than requiring a copy of the final permit.  Once again we are keeping our vendor fees low to compensate for this expense.
